The Great Goddess Phib

Dedicated to - but Phib is happy to devote her services to anyone who wishes to worship her.

My personal Aphrodite. The Goddess Phib is a goddess of fortune, opportunity, fertility, creativity, temptation and mystery. All the Gods fancy her, and some of the Goddesses too. She's a right royal tease though, so it's debatable as to who's actually gotten jiggy with her - some of the Gods make up wild stories to satisfy their bruised egos, and Phib never denies any of them.

So...if you're an artist looking to get laid, she's probably the best person to sacrifice your fatted calfs to.

I wimped out on the curtain. I'd apologise, but it was four in the morning and Phib wouldn't let me leave until the picture was finished.

Although I didn't realise until afterwards, this was partly inspired by Uma Thurman's Aphrodite in the Adventures of Baron Munchausen. Just in case you wanted to know. And that's an awesome film, if you haven't seen it. Terry Gilliam.
